The Exhibitor eZone provides all the information you need to ensure that your experience at SDSC-UK 2023 is smooth and successful.
Please access each of the headers in the left hand menu and follow the instructions as requested.
Some key aspects to highlight to you:
Your Exhibitor Manual, which can be downloaded from the left hand menu, will provide you with useful information and dates and deadlines - please do read it!
The Exhibitor Storefront has 2 x links: The Total Event Company and StagecraftUK.
- Via these links you will be able to hire stand furniture, order stand graphics, electrics etc.
- Exhibitor Floor: Please note that the exhibition floor is a dark grey polished concrete. Should you wish to define your stand, you may wish to order carpet from the Exhibitor Storefront.
- Pre-order of Gala Dinner Drinks: If you have tickets to the SDSC-UK Gala Dinner, you can pre-order additional drinks via the 'StagecraftUK' Storefront link. Each table, which seat 10, will be pre-supplied with 2 bottles x white wine, 2 bottles x red wine.
- The Storefront closes 16 October 2023.
The Exhibitor Registration portal is now open. As part of your on-boarding process, an email with a dedicated link and login will be sent to you.

Within the Exhibitor Registration portal you will be able to:
- Register your unlimited complimentary Exhibitor Stand Staff passes - Click on 'Booth Staff' then 'Add Booth Staff' to register yourself and your colleagues, or generate a link for your colleagues to register themselves
- Purchase your unlimited discounted MOD Special Projects Industry Day tickets @ £265.50 + VAT
- Purchase SDSC-UK Dinner tickets @ £120 + VAT and order your complimentary Welcome Drinks tickets
- Order your lead capture devices if you would like one.
Complimentary Visitor Guest Passes for Day Two: Expo & Conference 2 November
You will receive separately via email a code which will provide unlimited 100% discount for your Visitor Guests for Day Two, Expo & Conference. Simply email the code to the contacts you'd like to invite.
The 100% discount applies right up until the closing date for Day Two registrations, 27th October 2023.
(Please note however, those who also wish to attend the MOD SP Industry Day, which is chargeable, must register by 23rd October). Please do check your spam if you don't receive your code email at the same time as your Exhibitor Registration link.
Summary Event Overview:
PRE-EVENT WELCOME: Tuesday 31st October 2023
- Welcome drinks & nibbles at the Telford International Centre - this will take place from 17.30 - 19.30, so if you're setting up your stand on Tuesday, do come along and join us! Book your complimentary ticket in the Exhibitor Registration portal.
DAY ONE: Wednesday 1st November 2023 (there is NO exhibition on 1st Nov)

- SDSC-UK Gala Networking Dinner - book in the Exhibition Registration portal
DAY TWO: Thursday 2nd November 2023

- UK MOD Meet the Buyer (first come, first served)
- US DOD DEVCOM Pitch & Present (first come, first served) - This comprises a 5 mins presentation followed by 5 mins Q&A. Held in a private meeting room, AV will be available. Please indicate your interest by emailing info@sdsc-uk.co.uk
