Please find below some useful information if you are using Contractors and/or Couriers for your stand at the Telford International Centre (TIC)
Do I need to let anyone know I have Contractors coming on-site?
Contractors must book a time slot in advance of the show with our shell scheme company, TTEC. Please contact info@totalevent.co.uk to book your slot.
How early can I send things for the stand to the TIC?
Due to limited storage space, the TIC has asked that nothing be delivered before Monday 30th October.
What documentation do I need to put on my parcels?
Please ensure that you put this label on all parcels that are being delivered to the TIC, this will help ensure your parcel is reunited with you in a timely manner.
Do my Contractors need to be registered?
Yes, you will be able to register your contractors through your Exhibitor Portal
Where is the loading bay for exhibitors who are self-building stands and what are the parking details for build and breakdown times?
Please go to Gate B where you will be directed to the Hall 3 loading bay and associated car parking.
Are there any restrictions on which couriers we can use?
The simple answer is no, however, we do ask that you email info@sdsc-uk.co.uk and let us know the following, so we can let the TIC know:
- Which Company you are using
- When the delivery is expected
- A list of what you are expecting to be delivered
When do we need to have things collected at the end of the show?
Exhibitor breakdown starts at 16.30 and ends at 18.00 on Thursday 2nd, and this is by when everything needs to be broken down and removed. For any small packages, the latest we can keep them at TIC is Friday 3rd no later than 12.00 noon. Please ensure that any courier collections have a TIC collections label on them.
