Victoria advises on a range of financial areas including acquisition financing, leveraged financing, and corporate and alternative lending. She has extensive experience in the sector having worked for a number of corporate lenders, private equity houses, clearing banks and alternative corporate borrowers.

Victoria works closely with her team to ensure that robust due diligence is undertaken when working on transactions, including maintaining compliance with the National Security and Investment Act 2021.
