Phil is the Cyber, Defence & Resilience Engagement Lead for the Ministry Of Defence. He has worked there for over 25 years in mainly application development and cyber security roles. He is married with two (adult) children. In his spare time he tries to play squash and has an extensive collection of boardgames.
