Mr Patrick Fowler
Dr. Patrick Fowler graduated from the Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering, then attended the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned a Masters of Science and Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. His doctoral research was on camera-based pose estimation as it applies to augmented reality.
Starting in 2016, Dr. Fowler served a program manager for Special Projects. His projects focused primarily on augmented reality and digital Electro Optics/Infrared (EOIR). In 2018, Dr. Fowler volunteered to serve as the Lead Engineer for the Rapid Equipping Force (REF) Expeditionary Lab (ExLab2) at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan. Dr. Fowler would return to Afghanistan in 2020 to transition the Virtual Tactical Assault Kit (VTAK).
Dr. Fowler currently serves as the C5ISR Global Technology Advisor to DEVCOM-Atlantic in London, UK. In this role, Dr. Fowler conducts tech scouting in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East and representing C5ISR equities.
