Mathew Haisman
Mat enjoyed a 20-year career in the Royal Air Force, predominantly as an engineer, which saw him travel worldwide on various operational tours and exercises.
His final role in the RAF was coordinating the UK’s military effort for the 2014 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, focusing on counter-terrorism and resilience. He brings a wealth of experience in many different military domains to the MAIAR team.
Upon leaving the RAF, Mat moved to Raytheon UK as head of engineering for strategic ISR. He then changed roles and became the head of delivery for the Sentinel aircraft, before heading to MASS as head of electronic warfare.
After leaving MASS, Mat moved to Marshall Land Systems as their head of UK equipment support and recently joined MAIAR as Managing Director.
Mat has also worked for the University of Lincoln business school as an associate lecturer on the subjects of Management of change, organisational structure and culture, and complex problem-solving, delivering to a mix of military distance learners and civilian students.
