Rebecca advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for the defence and security sector. Her work includes providing expert advice in relation to sensitive and high-profile employment issues, and in respect of workers in high-risk or overseas environments.

She is a member of the Armed Forces community and provides resettlement training for service leavers across the military, particularly to those leaving the Special Forces and intending to establish their own business. She is a member of the Regional Employer Engagement Group for the West Midlands and an advocate of the Armed Forces Covenant. She also supports the Supporting the Unsung Hero Programme and other business start-up and resettlement programmes on a pro-bono basis.
