Custom foam inserts from Peli Products (UK) Ltd are highly durable and can be designed specifically for any equipment, such as weapons and ancillary items, for maximum protection.

CAD is used to ensure space is optimised, often amalgamating items into one case that were previously in several different storage systems.  Reducing the size or quantity of the case(s) also reduces logistics costs. The bespoke insert holds the contents securely while specialised foams minimise the risk of damage during transit and ensure there is no need to re-zero.

Bespoke foam inserts have been produced for the SA80 rifle, housed in a Peli 1700 Protector case and the GPMG which is designed into a 1720 Protector case.
