The Reserve Forces & Cadets Associations (RFCAs), established by statute, offer advice and support to the Defence Council on behalf of the Reserve Forces and Cadets movement. 

We provide an essential representative link between the military and the local community, raising awareness of the benefits and skills acquired through military service.  Employers also work with us and confirm their support to the military community by signing the Armed Forces Covenant.

RFCAs have particular responsibilities for their regional Reserve and Cadet centres.  In the West Midlands we provide maintenance and facilities management to over 30 Reserve Centres and 250 cadet units.
