Heligan Investments - part of the Heligan Group – via its first fund (Heligan Private Equity I LP) has acquired a majority shareholding in Landguard Nexus Limited (“Landguard”). 

 

Landguard Systems provides intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition and reconnaissance (ISTAR) custom radio systems to government, defence and law enforcement customers across the world.  This includes small size, low power software defined radios (SDRs) built to industry standard open source frameworks, such as OpenCPI and OpenVPX.
