URGENT REQUEST – HELP TO DEVELOP RAPIDLY MANUFACTURED VENTILATION SYSTEMS

With the impact of coronavirus quickly increasing in the UK and globally, the Government is seeking support from industry and our sectors to rapidly increase manufacturing capability for urgently needed medical equipment.  One of the most urgent needs is for the production of Rapidly Manufactured Ventilation Systems (RMVS).

The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) is looking for organisations who can support in the supply of ventilators and ventilator components across the United Kingdom as part of the government’s response to COVID-19. They are looking for people to be involved at each of the five stages in their process:

• Design
• Procure
• Assemble
• Test
• Ship
